Children's Global Assessment of Functioning Scale 

 

The Children's Global Assessment Scale (CGAS) is a numeric scale (1 through 100) used by mental health clinicians and doctors to rate the general functioning of children under the age of 18.

  Global Assessment of Relational Functioning

The GARF Scale can be used to indicate an overall judgment of the functioning of a family or other ongoing relationship on a hypothetical continuum ranging from competent, optimal relational functioning to a disrupted, dysfunctional relationship.

  Pediatric Symptom Checklist The Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC) measures the degree to which a child or youth displays symptoms of mental illness or behavioral issues.
