In order to achieve our vision for the children and youth of St. Louis County, we strategically invest in organizations that deliver effective and quality mental health and substance abuse services, while simultaneously working to create and maintain an integrated service system.  We seek to invest in organizations that possess the following characteristics:

    • Capacity and commitment to deliver best practices with fidelity
    • Outcomes-focused intent and commitment to measuring
       pre-defined participant outcomes
    • Capacity and commitment to performance management and continuous quality
