Missouri State Statutes Per Missouri State Statutes RSMO 67.1775 and 210.861, grants can be made by the St. Louis County Children's Service Fund in the following service areas:
Up to thirty days of temporary shelter for abused, neglected, runaway, homeless, or emotionally disturbed youth; respite care services; and services to unwed mothers;
