Project Name Adolescent Resource Center (ARC)
Project Description Early intervention and treatment services for adolescents with substance use disorders, as well as those who are at risk of developing disorders.
Eligibility Criteria The target population for the Adolescent Resource Center is adolescents ages 12-19 receiving services at organizations including but not limited to Saint Louis County Justice Services, Saint Louis County Family Court, Every Child’s hope and Saint Louis Archdiocesan Elementary and Secondary Schools.

 Outreach, early intervention, assessments and continuity of care through evidence-based practices will be provided to positively impact the lives of St. Louis County children and families.
   
Eligibility Criteria
 Children residing in St. Louis County aging from 0-19, whose mother’s are accessing substance abuse treatment services at QOPC.
