Project Name Adoption Focused Mental Health
Project Description The program provides services to children who are adopted, in foster care, or living in alternative family situations such as with grandparents or other relatives.  Individual and family therapy and psychological evaluation services are provided for children with a history of child abuse and neglect and are experiencing significant mental health issues.

Project Name Respite Care Services and Family Support
Project Description

The agency provides facility-based Respite services to children with significant, multiple developmental disabilities.  The agency also provides Family Support services to these children and families as well as those with behavioral health needs.  The child and family will be assessed for their needs for respite care and other family supports as well as provided direct individual, couple or family counseling services and other individualized family supports where appropriate.

Project Name Nurturing Teens
Project Description The program prepares pregnant/newly parenting teens for parenthood by supporting a healthy pregnancy, attending to immediate needs and stabilizing living environments using comprehensive case management.  The program’s evidence-based, family-centered parenting curriculum helps build protective factors and teach appropriate parenting and child rearing.

Project Name Nurturing Kids
Project Description This program provides services to help vulnerable families build assets that will decrease the likelihood of child abuse and neglect and increase safe and healthy child development through comprehensive case management.  The program uses an evidence-based, family-centered parenting curriculum to help build protective factors and teach appropriate parenting.
