Project Name Family Solutions for Kids
Project Description Family Solutions for Kids is a program offered in collaboration with Every Child’s Hope. The program provides community-based services to youth struggling with mental health, substance abuse, family and school related issues. Services will include: assessment, case management, mentoring, parent education/coaching, therapy, psychiatry and community resource linkage.

Project Name Therapeutic Mentoring and Family Support
Project Description The Therapeutic Mentoring Program serves youth who are at risk for child abuse/neglect, school failure or dropout, teenage pregnancy, homelessness, delinquency, substance abuse and/or other poor outcomes in home, school and community. Activities are designed to develop positive problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills and pro-social behaviors. Mentors meet with the youth, one on one, at least once weekly for up to 4 hours for a period of at least 36 weeks and up to 12 months.
