Almost Home serves homeless teenage mothers aged 12 to 19, and their children. Providing transitional housing, counseling and support services to these young families, Almost Home is a safe, structured and compassionate environment. Young mothers, teamed with professional staff, develop emotional, social, economic, academic and life skills – so they will become self-sufficient, responsible adults and parents to their children.
